About riding in Colorado
Colorado's roads climb from the Front Range plains to high mountain passes well above 10,000 feet. Altitude slows most riders noticeably, and summer afternoon thunderstorms are common in the mountains. The main riding season runs from late spring to early fall.
Finish-time planning
The organizer doesn't list a total distance we could verify. Once you know the route, the Ride Planner will estimate your time from its elevation profile, the wind forecast and your power.
Plan your ride
Paste the event's RideWithGPS route into the planner (many organizers publish one) to see your projected finish time, the headwind or tailwind you'll face, the temperature range, and how much to eat and drink. The ride date is pre-filled.
